How your site gets made.

Step by step: what we ask of you, what we do, how long it takes, and what happens after launch.

You bring the content. The rest is on us.

  1. Choose.

Configure the package and the extras. The start-up price and the subscription show separately, right away.

  2. Upload.

In the portal, step by step: company details, logo, texts, photos.

  3. Launch.

See a prototype with your own content, approve it, and the site goes live. From then on we keep it up to date.

The portal: you upload the content step by step here, and ask for changes.
Your site, by package: before you approve it, you see it on a closed preview address.

What you give, how long, what you pay.

No jargon: what is your part, what is ours, and in what order.

What you give us

Everything goes into the portal, step by step. You do not need it all on day one: what is saved stays saved.

  • Company detailsname, tax ID, address, billing details
  • How people find youphone, e-mail, opening hours, address on the map
  • What you doa few sentences in your own words; we arrange them on the page
  • Photosyour own, even from a phone: the workshop, the products, the team
  • Logoif you have one, we refresh it; if you need a full brand, a partner designer draws it
  • For a shopthe products, with price, photo and stock

How long it takes

  1. Today

You pick the package in the configurator and send the request. You see the exact price before signing anything.

  2. After the quote

You sign the contract online and pay the setup. You get access to the portal.

  3. As long as you need

You upload the content. This is usually the longest step, and it is in your hands.

  4. A few working days

Once the content is complete, we build the prototype: your site, with your texts and photos, at a preview address.

  5. When you approve it

The domain goes on, the site goes live and the subscription starts.

What the monthly fee covers

  • Hosting and SSL certificate the domain stays in your name
  • Daily backup with retention
  • Security updates without asking
  • Monitoring if it stops, we find out first
  • Monthly changes text, photo, price, hours
  • E-mails from the site notifications and confirmations

A small change is what can be done on a screen that already exists: a text, a photo, a price, the hours, a new product, a legal text. Unused changes do not roll over.

Not included: separate, fixed price

  • a new page or a new feature
  • design or visual identity
  • texts written by us and photography
  • connections to other software
  • SEO, the work of being found on Google

The preview and the price, as you see them

Your site, by package: before you approve it, you see it on a closed preview address.

What happens after launch

The subscription is not a bill for nothing. Here is an ordinary month.

  1. Every night

    Backup

The database and the files, with retention.

  2. Every week

    Security updates

    Framework, packages, certificate, without asking.

  3. Around the clock

    Monitoring

If the site stops, we find out first.

  4. When you need it

    Your changes

Text, photo, price, hours: 2, 4 or 8 a month, by package.

  5. When you want to leave

    Your data in one package

The database, the photos, the invoices and an HTML version of the site.

From request to finished work

After launch everything still goes one way: you ask in the portal or by e-mail, in one thread, and always see where it stands.

  1. Request

You describe what you want, in the portal or by e-mail. A small change from the monthly allowance simply gets done.

  2. Quote

If it is bigger, you get a quote: what, how much, by when. You accept, ask, or decline.

  3. Payment

For paid work, by card in the portal or by pro forma invoice. What fits the package is free.

  4. Follow-up question

If we need something from you, we ask in the request thread; your answer goes there too, also from e-mail.

  5. Handover

When it is done, you check and approve it.

  6. Correction

If it is not what you asked for, you send it back for correction and say what is not right.

A finished site is not yet a found site.

Building the site and SEO are two different jobs. The first one ends. The second is measured in months.

  1. The site is ready

It works, it is fast, it looks right on a phone. But it has nothing to say yet: a structure without content.

  2. You add the content

Now it says who you are and what you do. Google can read it, but that does not mean it shows it to anyone. This is not SEO yet.

  3. SEO and ongoing tuning

We find out what people search for and what you offer, write the missing pages, measure monthly and adjust.

  4. Results, months later

Google reacts over weeks and months, not days. The first real signs usually show after a few months.

What we do from the start, included

The technical base is our job, because we build the site: speed, a secure address, a sitemap for Google, structured data, a title and description on every page, language versions linked correctly.

What we do not promise

No particular position on Google and no guaranteed growth in visits: the result also depends on Google and on competitors, which nobody controls. Whoever guarantees the top spot is not telling the truth.

Let us look at your site.

The quote form takes two minutes: package, add-ons, your company details. You see the price at once, and it commits you to nothing.
